Tiny Houses for the Average Pinoy

Celebrity mansions have been observed by most Pinoys as their "ideal" dream houses they be rich or just average. These are actually flamboyant houses you would normally see on teleseryes or telenovelas where, most of the time, the clash of the rich and the middle or, at most, the poor, characters meet because of it is what their destiny has planned for them.

Houses are by far one of the most significant indicator living status in the Philippines. When one rides a plane or disembarking from a voyage, as a Filipino, it is readily observable from the plane's window or the boat's cabin of the different dwellings you would see from afar.

Tiny house dwellings have been quite a sort of talk that's just a

round the corner--as far as house planning is concerned--because even in the western point of view such as the Americans, these are house plans that are catered for their more responsible kid who wants to create his own living in the confines of their yard at least or for somebody who has more thought for the environment to create a lesser carbon footprint.

What has been so fascinating about tiny house dwelling is that it really fits us--the average Pinoys. Well, it doesn't even say so that tiny house dwelling is for the average penny earning individual but it is also quite applicable even for those urban yuppies who earn a lot of buck from working in contact centers around the country. But to think of how it is helpful to the average Pinoy, there is quite of a good possibility that we can interact well with the housing backlog that is lingering this country since the heydays of the century. Tiny house dwelling is becoming the lifestyle today because for one, some of these house dwellings are off grid which means they are generating their own power with a lesser regard of being connected to a state's power line. Two, it creates a renewed consciousness for individual to be space saving and release lesser carbon footprint in home living since if one has  a small abode, there is less likelihood to spend a lot for useless by as there is lesser place in one's home.

As an example, a small loft such as this one on the left shows the small living room the reading room and the kitchen all right one small space that is very much fit for 2-3 persons. The sleeping loft is on the ceiling and the bath or shower is just behind that door at at the end of the room.

Another thing to consider is that small house dwelling is lesser in cost than your normal 'bungalow' dwelling. Since most of the Filipinos live in shanties that make 5-8 people sleep on one room with lesser privacy, why not give those Filipinos a chance to live on a house development that is catered to their ability to earn and living? Isn't that a bright idea to help alleviate housing backlog? Plus, we would be able to create a more responsible living to the average Pinoy and an icing on the cake that the Philippines urban living is uplifted from the shanties.
